Each year International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Interphobia and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT) is held and celebrated on May 17.
This day is to commemorate and recognise a very important moment in LGBTQIA+ history, as IDAHOBIT is the anniversary of, when the World Health Organisation removed homosexuality from the Classification of Diseases on May 17.
