About this form

We provide bins and waste collection for residential properties within our municipality. We do not collect commercial waste.

Use this form to apply for:

  • start a waste collection service for a newly built home (must be occupied)
  • start a food and garden organics service for the first time
  • add an additional bin to your service
  • upsize your current bin
  • downsize your current bin
  • take away an additional bin
  • end service for a demolished home.

You need to make an application for each new or changed service.

Use our household collection Report It form if your bin was:

  • stolen (or eaten by our collection truck, oops)
  • not emptied
  • damaged.

Who can apply

You must be the property owner or acting agent of the address you are applying for.

If you are not the owner or acting agent, you will need to ask them to apply on your behalf.
